Does my request confirm the booking?
No. You first receive a request number. The owner reviews the time and may place a temporary hold. Only a verified deposit confirms the trip.
What does a charter include?
Our demo includes a captain, crew, water, ice, soft drinks, snorkel equipment and Bluetooth audio. Actual inclusions and fees must be confirmed for your chosen yacht.
Can I pay on this website?
No. The owner provides deposit instructions directly. This website does not collect bank details or payment receipts.
What if my plans or the weather change?
Contact the owner to review alternatives. Deposit, cancellation and weather policies must be agreed before paying.
What time zone are the schedules in?
All schedules use Cancún time (America/Cancun, UTC−5). Demo trips run between 08:00 and 20:00.
